3. Be sure to read the descriptions under each picture! Most of what we make are one-of-a-kind heirloom collectibles, and if it says "SOLD" there will not be another available. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR CHRISTENING GOWNS! All Christening gowns are made to order, from scratch!.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Everything here at Mary's Prayers is handmade, not pre-made. The amount of time it will take for you to receive what you have ordered will depend on the size of the order, how many orders we have at the time your order is placed, and your location. Rosary making parts and components are readily available and ready to ship. Rosaries, chaplets and Catholic jewelry are one of a kind items, and the only piece is seen in the photo on the website. They can be shipped the same day the order is placed on weekdays, if your order reaches us by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Porcelain ornaments take three days to create, and so will be shipped on the fourth day. Christening gowns could take up to two weeks, especially if you choose one of our hand-crocheted Christening gowns. Much care is taken to ensure our handmade items will be of the highest quality, both to be an honor to God and also to give you something you will want to hand down to your children and grandchildren. Please, especially with Christening gowns, plan ahead for those special occasions!
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are shipped at the time the items are completed, not necessarily as soon as the orders are placed.

CAN I GET IT RUSHED?

If you have a rush situation, or need an item by a specific date, especially again for christening gowns, or have questions, email us at info@MarysPrayersRosaries.com, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Rush charges may apply, depending on what it will take for us to supply your need, but we will do our best to avoid them.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you either a replacement of equal value, or a refund, not including shipping charges, if you return the item to us within 10 days, and return the item with all tags intact. We are sorry, but jewelry, custom orders, worn or damaged items are not refundable.

GUARANTEES: Wire-wrapped Rosaries, Jewelry and Chaplets are completely guaranteed against wire breakage, and will be repaired at no charge. Chips or dents on beads will incur applicable repair or bead replacement charges.

Strung Rosaries, Jewelry and Chaplets are guaranteed against wire breakage for one year from purchase, and will be repaired for breakage during that time period at no charge. After that time, the customer will pay shipping and repair charges.

We often sell one-of-a-kind pieces, using rare or irreplaceable parts. In these instances, we will work with our customers on a one-to-one basis to best satisfy any needs and solve any problems.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY PURCHASE?

Along with a few little surprises, all Rosaries, Jewelry and Chaplets come with a linen or velvet jewelry pouch for carrying and storing. Anti-tarnish cloths and handmade Porcelain Boxes are also available for purchase. Christening gowns are shipped in acid-free preservation tissue, in a large, heavy, white cardboard storage box. Heirloom preservation kits are available for purchase, either separately, or at a reduced price with the purchase of any outfit.

Our newest section added here at Mary's Prayers will cater to the creative...rosary making parts from all over the world, to please those looking for the unusual and beautiful. These rosary parts are hand cast from molds that Maria at Via Rosa and I make from antique medals and rosaries, and vintage pieces that may just remind a few of us of our childhoods! Using Sterling silver and golden bronze, most of our rosary parts are lightly oxidized, to recreate the look and feel of the much -loved originals.

Quality workmanship on our rosaries and chaplets is guaranteed. The beads are either strung with Soft Flex or Soft Touch (a very strong material made of multiple strands of stainless steel covered with soft nylon), or hand wire-wrapped with Sterling or gold-filled wire. The result is a rosary which is virtually unbreakable, for a lifetime or more of beauty and useability. We hope you will find them to be inspiring and helpful aids in your prayer life.
