Lorraine passed away (peacefully) with her loving family by her side, under the loving care of the amazing staff at Nore Ward St. Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny on October 14, 2022. Deeply adored by her heartbroken husband James, children Lee, Megan and Alisha will be loved and missed by her sister Mairead, her brother-in-law Richard. Lorraine will be sadly missed by the Kevin Doyle family, Marie, Laura and Denis, all of her nieces and nephews and all of the friends she held so close.

Rest at his residence Seskin Road (Eircode R93 RY83) on Saturday afternoon from 2 p.m., with funeral prayers at 6:30 p.m. Picked up from his residence on Sunday morning arriving at St. Lazerian’s Church, Leighlinbridge for the funeral mass at 11.oc. Burial then in the adjoining cemetery.

Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He is dearly missed by his heartbroken wife Joan, his daughters Carmel, Elaine, Charmaine and Tracy, his adored and cherished grandchildren Sarah, Niamh and Adam, his sister Mary, his sons-in-law Mick and Martin, his many friends and neighbors .

Resting at his home, Y21 PX77, on Sunday 16th October from 11am with moving to St. Lazerian’s Church, Kildavin at 6.30pm for prayer at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am, followed by burial at Kildavin New Cemetery. Dick’s funeral mass will be available online via the following link:

Anne O’Gorman

Dunroe, Bagnelstown, Co. Carlow, R21 VX79, died peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital, Co. Kilkenny. Ann will be sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Mike, her sons Mark, Michael, Barry, her daughters Suzanne and Eimear and the mother of her beloved son James, her grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Resting at family home, R21 VX79, 2-8pm on Sunday 16th and 2-8pm on Monday 17th. Arrival at St. Lazarian’s Church, Ballinkillen, for 11am mass on Tuesday 18th, followed by burial at adjoining cemetery.

Vera (Catherine) Goss born Rogers

Tullow, Co. Carlow and formerly of Killala, Co. Mayo – 14 October 2022 in the exceptional care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6; predeceased by her husband Cyril, her parents Catherine and Michael, her five brothers and four sisters; cherished and adored mother of Andy, Martin, Julie, Marie and Noel, daughters-in-law Cathy, Jen and Sarah and sons-in-law Redmond and Edwin; beloved girl of Brian, Emer, Orla, Aidan, Brendan, Hannah, Róisín, Ronan, Laura, Charlie, Evan and Elsa, sister-in-law Ada, brother-in-law Vincent, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Resting at Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly (Eircode R93 C560) on Sunday evening October 16 from 3pm. with removal at 7 p.m. at Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Tullow arriving for 7:30 p.m. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11 a.m. after which she will be buried with Cyril in Knockananna Cemetery, County Wicklow.
