The death took place at his home in Patricia McColgan, Carrickmaquigley, Redcastle.

Funeral at his home on Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. for the 11 a.m. Requiem Mass at St Columba’s Church, Drung.
Followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Gerard Magill, Manchester / Crolly

The death took place at the Donegal Hospice of Gerard Magill, Meenaweal, Crolly and Manchester, England.

Predeceased by his father Gerry, his mother Mary Fally and his sister Patricia; he is dearly missed by his brother Liam, his sister-in-law Sue, his nephews Martin and Adam, his nieces Emma and Lucy as well as his extended family and friends.

His remains will rest at Roarty’s Funeral Home, Derrybeg, (F92 DN4X) from 6pm on Sunday with a subsequent transfer to St Patrick’s Church, Meenaweal at 6.30pm to rest overnight.

The funeral mass takes place on Monday at 11 a.m. with the interment afterwards in the cemetery of Magheragallon.

Mai Healy Offaly / Castlefin

The death occurred peacefully with his family at Tullamore Regional Hospital, May Healy (née Gallagher), Ballycumber Road, Ferbane, Offaly and formerly Castlefin.

She is predeceased by her beloved daughter Jackie, her parents Andrew and Julia, and her siblings Annie, Richard, Tommy and Willie. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her loving husband Marty and his family, Martin, Aiden and Eunan, grandchildren, Leona, Aiden, Ciara, Aaron, Cian, Chloe, Luke, Rebecca and Charlotte, great grandchildren Jack and Theo, brothers Ossie and Samuel, sister Gracie, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbors and friends.

The family thanks you for your support and understanding during this difficult time. They are very aware that Covid is still present and kindly ask that those calling home and attending funerals be aware of the ongoing risk.

His remains will rest at his son Eunan’s home in Gallen, Ferbane, on Monday from 3pm to 8pm.

Tuesday morning pickup at Immaculate Conception Church, Ferbane for Requiem Mass at 12pm, viewable at www.ferbaneparish.ie

Burial will then take place in Kilrehan Cemetery.

Martin Duffy, Lifford/Ballindrait

The death occurred of Martin Duffy, Coolatee, Lifford and formerly of Liskey, Ballindrait, on August 8 in Greece.

Beloved husband of Mary, beloved father of Nicky, Jordan and Jade, beloved grandfather of Eli, Bonnie and Nate, beloved son of the late Pat and Ethna Duffy and brother of Mary, Paddy, Anne and Joey.

His body rests at his home.

Mary Haughey, Killybegs / Clonmany

The death occurred of Mary Haughey, née Doherty, Croaghlin, Killybegs and formerly of Urris, Clonmany.

Much missed by her beloved husband James, daughters Roseanne, Georgina and Ciara, brother John, sister-in-law Anita, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

His body rests at his residence until 11 p.m. Sunday. Private house the morning of the funeral, please.

Willie Doohan, Falcarragh / Tory Island

The death took place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Willie Doohan (Jenny), Ballyconnell, Falcarragh, from Tory Island.

His body rests at his home for family, close friends and neighbors only. Rosary at 9 p.m. Private house after Rosary until 11am.

Funeral Mass at St Finian’s Church, Falcarragh at 11am on Monday, with interment afterwards in the adjacent cemetery.

John McMahon, Cloghan

John Mc Mahon, Kiltyferrigal, Cloghan passed away peacefully under the wonderful care of staff at St Joseph’s Community Hospital, Stranorlar.

Beloved husband of the late Winnie and beloved brother of Rose, and of the late Willie, James, Patrick, Michael, Father Peter, Mary, Kathleen and Teresa. Deeply missed and very sadly missed by his loving sister, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbors and friends.

His remains lie in his late residence.

The funeral will leave from there on Monday at 10:30 a.m. for the Requiem Mass in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Glenfin at 11 a.m. with interment then in Kilteevogue Cemetery.

Beloved husband of Krystal, beloved son of Rhona and the late Charlie, beloved brother of Darragh (Tanya) and Niamh (Viv), beloved uncle of Orlaith, Charlie, Aoife and Tadhg.

The deaths occurred of Ida Renaud (née McGettigan), Skerries, Dublin and Downings.

She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late Anton. Sadly missed by her husband and best friend Jocelyn, three beloved children Chloé, Killian and Alex, mother Mary, sisters Brídín and Máire, brother Donnchadh, nieces, nephews, parents, extended family and a large circle of friends.

His body rests at his family home in Downings on Sunday from 11 a.m.

Evelyn Briggs, Canada / Galway / Monaghan / Burtonport

The death occurred suddenly, at his residence of Evelyn Briggs (née Twomey), Ottawa, Canada. End of, Oughterard, Galway/Scotstown, Monaghan/Burtonport.

Widow of the late Bill Briggs and loving mother of Liam Briggs, Canada and Taiwan. Daughter of the late Michael and Eileen Twomey and predeceased by her sisters Mary and Jacinta and by her brothers Fr Tom, John Hillary and Padraic. Sadly mourned and fondly remembered by his beloved son, Liam. Very deeply missed by his beloved brothers, Michael, Diarmaid and Dom, and by his sisters-in-law, Bridie, Sheila, Jo and Anne, and his brother-in-law, Michael Glaysher, and their children and grandchildren. His cousins ​​Cotter, Clonmoyle, Kilmichael, Co Cork, cousins ​​Twomey, Ballyvourney, Co Cork, and cousins ​​O’Donnell, Carraroe, Co Galway and a wide circle of friends, especially from Scotstown, where she spent most of her childhood.

His ashes will be interred in the family plot at Deansgrange Cemetery, Co Dublin after cremation in Canada.

Funeral Mass on Friday 26th August at 10.30am at Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, followed by interment of his ashes in Deansgrange Cemetery.
